Using a clue provided by an unusual stuffed cat, three young detectives investigate the mysterious troubles of an accident-prone carnival.


The Investigators make friends with a boy whose father owns a carnival, and they must discover why someone is committing acts of sabotage in an attempt to steal a stuffed crooked cat.
