When five dogs disappear from a seaside town and a dragon is sighted off-shore, the three investigators look into the situation.


The boys are asked by Alfred Hitchcock to help a friend of his who has seen a dragon in the ocean. The Investigators encounter a gadget-inventor who has grand plans to commit a daring robbery.
